I will continue to add snack ideas/recipes each week. However, when it comes to snacks you have a TON of flexibility. It would be impossible to list every snack in a grocery store. I want you to have the freedom to eat whatever snacks you want as long as fits within your provided calorie range.

Nothing is off limits AS LONG AS YOU HAVE THE CALORIES FOR IT. You can even have a candy bar if you have the calories for it. If you have an idea for a snack but aren’t sure if it’s a good idea, shoot me a text.

I usually don’t plan out my snacks. I use snacks as a way to satisfy my cravings.
