Chips and Salsa/Queso – 150-200 Calories

Note: the calorie count of this recipe depends on the type of dip you use. The chips will be 120 calories. Please weigh out your dip and make sure it’s 80 calories or less.

Ingredients

  • 1 Josephs Lavash Bread
  • Salsa or Queso of your choice
  • Salt
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 250 degrees.

2. Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut 1 Josephs Lavash Bread into small squares (chips). Size of chips is up to you.

3. Spread the squares on a baking sheet (keep a small distance between each chip).

4. lightly spray the chips with non-stick cooking spray.

5. Salt to chips to your liking.

6. Place in oven for 8-12 minutes. Remember, every oven is different. Keep an eye on the chips to make sure you don’t burn them.
