Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 2 tsp Peanut butter (10.8 grams) (May use powdered peanut butter if you wish to lower the calories. Mix it with almond milk)
  • 10 Raisins

Directions

Slice ripe banana lengthwise and spread with 2 tsp creamy natural peanut butter. Dot the tops with 5 raisins.
