Ingredients
- 2 Medium red bell peppers
- 2 cans tuna (can use canned chicken as well)
- 2 cucumbers
- 30g mustard
Directions
1: Mix the tuna with the sliced cucumber and mustard.
2: Slice the bell peppers in half and clean out seeds. Fill all 4 halves with mixture.
NOTE: You can place these in the oven if you prefer them toasted. Each oven is different, but a good starting point is 450 degrees for 12 minutes.
