Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded Lettuce (47 grams)
- 1 large whole (3″ dia) Tomatoes (182 grams)
- 1/2 medium Cucumber (101 grams)
- 3/4 can Tuna (124 grams)
- 2 tbsp Ranch dressing (29 grams)
- 2 slice regular Multi-grain bread OR Ezekiel bread
Directions
1. Mix lettuce, tomato, cucumber, tuna, and ranch dressing in a bowl.
2. Serve on bread (or by itself if you’d like to reduce the calories further)
