Ingredients
- 4 cups Spinach (120 grams)
- 1 tsp Lemon juice (5 grams)
- 2 tsp Olive oil (9 grams)
- 6 oz Shrimp (170 grams)
Directions
1. Cook shrimp in boiling water until pink and opaque (done). Remove shells if present.
2. Whisk lemon juice and olive oil together. Toss spinach leaves and baby shrimp in this dressing and enjoy!
