Chicken and Avocado Salad – 400 Calories

Ingredients

  • 1 can (125g) Canned chicken
  • 1/2 (100g) Avocado
  • 7g (3 springs) Cilantro
  • 9g lime juice
  • salt to taste
  • 60g lettuce

Directions

1: Chop the cilantro, cut up avocado.

2: Combine the chicken, avocado, cilantro, lime, and salt. (use only a squeeze of lime juice, and salt to taste).

3: Arrange the lettuce leaves, and serve the chicken salad on top
