Ingredients
- 1 Hamburger bun OR 2 Slices of Bread
- 1 can Tuna (165 grams)
- 4 tbsp Low Sugar Barbecue sauce (70 grams) (Example brand: G Hughes)
Directions
1. Drain a can of tuna, then put it in a bowl. Put 4 tbsp of BBQ sauce on top of the tuna and mix well.
2. Put the bowl in the microwave with a paper towel covering it (to keep everything clean) for 1 minute. Take out of the microwave and place on your bun/bread, you’ve now got pulled tuna! Toast bun for a crispier sandwich.
