Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Butter (28 grams)
- 8 oz Shrimp (227 grams)
- 4 medium Scallions (60 grams)
- 2 1/4 tbsp, chopped Basil (6 grams)
- Corn (250 grams)
Directions
1. Chop scallions and basil.
2. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over moderately high heat, then saute corn and shrimp, stirring, until shrimp are cooked through, 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in scallions and basil and season with salt and pepper.
