Ingredients
- 2 tsp Olive oil (9 grams)
- Boneless/skinless chicken breast (236 grams)
- 2 cup shredded Lettuce (94 grams)
- Tomato (123 grams)
- 1 tbsp Low fat balsamic vinaigrette (15 grams)
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese (5 grams)
Directions
1. Slice the raw chicken breast into strips and fry in a pan with olive oil over medium-high heat until cooked through and no longer pink.
2. Chop tomato.
3. Mix the roasted chicken, lettuce, tomato, dressing, and Parmesan in a bowl.
4. Serve immediately.
