Peanut Butter Yogurt Oatmeal – 420 Calories

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Oatmeal (40 grams)
  • 1 cup Water (237 grams)
  • 6 oz Nonfat Plain greek yogurt (170 grams)
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter (16 grams)

Directions

1. Prepare oatmeal with water as per package directions. Once oatmeal is cooked through, stir in peanut butter and yogurt. Enjoy!

OPTIONAL: Use 16g of PB2 or PBfit for a lower calorie version
