Peanut Butter Blueberry Protein Overnight Oatmeal – 400 Calories

This is my go to breakfast almost every morning 🙂

Ingredients 

  • 40g Oats
  • 16g PBfit Powder
  • 30g Sugar Free Syrup
  • 1 Scoop of Protein (vanilla, chocolate, or PB flavor)
  • 112g Frozen Blueberries
  • 65g Water

Directions

Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix. You should be left with a thick consistency. Let it sit in the fridge overnight. Can make a weeks worth ahead of time if you want a grab and go breakfast.
