This is my go to breakfast almost every morning 🙂
IngredientsÂ
- 40g Oats
- 16g PBfit Powder
- 30g Sugar Free Syrup
- 1 Scoop of Protein (vanilla, chocolate, or PB flavor)
- 112g Frozen Blueberries
- 65g Water
Directions
Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix. You should be left with a thick consistency. Let it sit in the fridge overnight. Can make a weeks worth ahead of time if you want a grab and go breakfast.
