- 1 Egg
- 1 oz Honey ham (28 grams)
- 1/2 oz Cheddar cheese (14.2 grams)
Directions
1. Toast English muffin. Spray pan over medium heat with non stick spray. Whisk together egg in a bowl and pour into pan. Cook to desired doneness and set aside..
