Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium Cucumber (101 grams)
  • 3/4 can Tuna (124 grams)
  • 2 tbsp Ranch dressing (29 grams)
  • 2 slice regular Multi-grain bread OR Ezekiel bread

Directions

1. Mix lettuce, tomato, cucumber, tuna, and ranch dressing in a bowl.
