Ingredients

  • 2 slices Ezekiel Bread
  • 1 tbsp Sugar Free Jam/Jelly (20 grams)
  • 1 tbsp Almond butter (16 grams)

Directions

1. Optionally toast the bread.

2. Cover one slice with almond butter and the other slice with jam, put together and eat.
