Ingredients
- 1 tomato (62 grams)
- 1/2 tbsp chopped Basil (1 gram)
- 1 1/3 tbsp Olive oil (18 grams)
- 2 2/3 oz Mozzarella cheese (75 grams)
- Minced Garlic (3 grams)
- Pepper to taste
- 2 2/3 oz Whole wheat pasta (75 grams)
- 1/16 tsp Garlic powder
Directions
1. Chop tomatoes & basil. Mince garlic. Shred mozzarella.
2. Combine tomatoes, cheese, basil, garlic, olive oil, garlic salt, and black pepper in medium bowl. Set aside.
3. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.
4. Drain pasta, and transfer to a serving bowl. Toss with tomato mixture. Serve.
