Hummus & Eggs – 420 Calories

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Mediterranean Hummus (30 grams)
  • 3 Egg
  • 1/2 tbsp Coconut oil (6 grams)

Directions

1. Melt the oil in a pan over medium heat. Once hot cook the beaten eggs in the oil, and when the eggs are nearly set, fold the hummus into the eggs. Cook until desired doneness and serve immediately.
