Ingredients

  • 8 oz Nonfat greek yogurt (227 grams)
  • 2 tbsp Peanut butter (32 grams)
  • 1/4 cup Granola (20 grams)
  • 1 tsp Honey (7 grams)

Directions

1. Mix yogurt and peanut butter to taste. Add granola. Drizzle honey to taste (no more than 7g). Enjoy!
