Ingredients

  • 1 Apple
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon (1.3 grams)
  • 1/2 cup (4 fl oz) Plain yogurt (123 grams)

Directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Cut apple in half and remove stalk and seeds. Sprinkle with cinnamon and place on prepared baking tray.

3. Bake for 25 minutes or until soft and browning.
