Ingredients
- 4 oz Pasta (113 grams) – I prefer farfalle (bowtie), but it’s up to you.
- 1 oz fat free Feta cheese (28 grams)
- 1/4 medium Cucumber (50.3 grams)
- 1 tbsp Italian dressing (14.4 grams)
- 1/4 Tomato (45.5 grams)
- 1/4 tsp, ground Oregano (0.45 grams)
Directions
1. Chop cucumber and tomato.
2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Place the pasta into the pot, cook 8 to 10 minutes, until al dente, and drain.
3. In a bowl, toss the cooked pasta with the tomato, cucumber, feta cheese, Italian dressing, and oregano.
