Tomato and Cheese Wrap – 500 Calories

Creates two wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 Low Carb tortillas (Either Mission Carb Balance or La Banderita Carb Counter)
  • 2 tbsp Lite Mayo (30 grams grams)
  • 6 slice, medium (1/4″ thick) Tomatoes (120 grams)
  • 1 cup shredded Lettuce (72 grams)
  • 2 oz Fat Free Cheddar cheese (56 grams)

Directions

1. Lightly spread mayo on tortilla

2. Cut tomatoes however you like them.

3. Layer ingredients, spreading them over the tortilla.

4. Roll up the tortilla and enjoy!
