Ingredients
- 4.5g Olive oil
- 1 1/2 package (425g) Frozen mixed veggies
- 16g Soy sauce
- 150g Beef tri-tip roast (bottom sirloin – trim the fat)
Directions
1: In a wok or large pan, pour in the olive oil and heat.
2:Add beef and brown.
3: Once the meat is browned, add frozen stir-fry vegetables. Continue to cook over medium high heat until the vegetables are defrosted.
4: After the vegetables are no longer frozen, add the soy sauce and continue to cook until the vegetables are at the desired tenderness. Serve in a bowl and enjoy!
