Thin Crust Pepperoni Pizza – 370 Calories

Ingredients 

  • 1 Joseph’s Lavash Flatbread
  • 125g Marinara Sauce (I love the Classico Four Cheese Sauce for this recipe, but it’s up to you)
  • 84g Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese
  • 30g Turkey Pepperoni
  • Non-Stick Spray

Directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.

2. Lay Joseph’s Lavash Bread on baking sheet.

3. Lightly spray both sides of bread with non-stick cooking spray.

4. Evenly spread Marinara sauce on the flatbread.

5. Sprinkle the fat-free cheese on top of the flatbread.

6. Place/spread the Turkey Pepperoni on top of the cheese.

7. Place in oven and bake for 5 minutes. Yes, just 5 minutes. This one bakes quickly!
