Peanut Butter Rice Cakes – 225 Calories

Ingredients:

  • 3 rice cakes of any flavor (make sure they are 35 calories or less per rice cake)
  • 26g Powdered peanut butter such as PBfit or PB2
  • Almond milk (30 calories per 240ml)
  • 3g Swerve or Splenda (can use more if you’d like)

Directions

  1. Lay rice cakes on a place
  2. Place powdered peanut butter in a bowl and add a very small amount of almond milk.
  3. Mix the powdered peanut butter and almond milk. Slowly add more until you reach desired consistency.
  4. Mix in Swerve or Splenda to the peanut butter
  5. Spread the peanut butter mix on the rice cakes. Enjoy!
