Note: The low fat mayo, sriracha, and dijon mustard will be combined for the sauce. If you don’t like this sauce combo, add a low calorie sauce of your choice. I will often just add 30g low fat mayo with mustard.
Ingredients
- 4 original or lightly salted rice cakes
- 140g (about 8 slices) of oven-roasted turkey or chicken deli meat of choice
- 30g low-fat or fat-free mayonnaise (up to 70 calories)
- 10g (2 tsp) Sriracha
- 30g (2 tbsp) dijon mustard
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Veggies of your choice (up to 10 calories total) – Examples: Tomato, red onion, spinach, lettuce
Directions
1. Place one slice of the roasted turkey or chicken on top of the rice cakes.
2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and Sriracha. Spread over the deli meat.
NOTE: If you do not like this sauce combo, use any low calorie sauce of your choice. If unsure of what to use, send me a text.
3. Place veggies on top of the slice of meat.
4. Top with second piece of deli meat
5. Top with two or more layers of lettuce. Serve and enjoy!
